During this hands on class Chef Michael Quinn will cover a wonderful selection of tasty, fast cooking dishes that are high in protein & low in carbs. These dishes can easily become part of your everyday meals, increasing your energy whilst promoting health & weight loss.
Each student will get to take home printed recipes and dishes cooked. All ingredients and equipment are supplied for this class! Class is subject to a minimum number of 12 attendees.
