Honey & Pumpkin Seed Wheaten Loaf

Ingredients

  • 1kg Self-Raising Flour
  • 4 Eggs
  • 100g  Bread soda
  • 2kg Wholemeal flour
  • 2l Buttermilk
  • 2og Salt
  • 50g Honey
  • 400g  Sugar
  • 100g Sesame Seeds
  • 100g Pumpkin Seeds
  • 600ml Water
  • 600ml  Oil

Method

  • Preheat oven to 190°C
  • Oil your bread tins and coat in flour
  • Mix the dry ingredients
  • Mix the wet ingredients and combine thoroughly
  • Bake at 190°C for 15 minutes – then 160°C for 40 minutes
  • Allow to rest on a wire cooling rack
