Supper Club 3 Week Course (W)

Join Chef Michael Quinn over three weeks where he will teach you some fantastic dishes using the best of Irish produce.

Week 1 – Starters (09th May)

  • Scallops St Jacques
  • Roasted Asparagus bruschetta
  • Crab Cakes, saffron mayo, coriander salad

Week 2 – Italian (23rd May)

  • Fresh Pasta with musrhooms and tarragon
  • Piperonata
  • Roasted Asparagus bruschetta

Week 3 – Fish (6th June)

  • Classic fish pie
  • Prawn Bisque
  • Crab cakes, saffron aioli, rocket and orange

Each student will get to take home printed recipes and dishes cooked on the night. All ingredients and equipment are supplied for this class! Class is subject to a minimum number of 12 attendees.
