Plant Based Cooking (L)

Come and join us in Hook & Ladder Cookery School for this hands on Plant Based Cookery Class.

Sample dishes cooked on the night include

“Chicken & Bacon” Caesar Salad with Crunch Peppered Croutons

BBQ pulled jackfruit on sweet potato and apple rosti drizzled with vegan aoli and microgreens

Black bean chocolate brownie with sticky toffee sauce

Each student will get to take home printed recipes and dishes cooked on the night. All ingredients and equipment are supplied for this class! Class is subject to a minimum number of 12 attendees.
