Irish Pork Sausages w/ creamy mashed potato & red onion gravy
Irish Sirloin Steak w/ roasted root veg, peppercorn sauce & creamy mashed potato
Homemade Apple & Berry Crumble w/ Fresh Cream
Each student will get to take home printed recipes and dishes cooked on the night. All ingredients and equipment are supplied for this class! Class is subject to a minimum number of 12 attendees.
