Take the mystery out of cooking fish and discover the meaning of real delicious food. Chef Michael Quinn will cover a variety of dishes that will give you the skills and confidence to cook fish…definitely a class not to be missed!
Sample dishes include; Classic fish pie, Prawn bisque & Crab cakes, saffron aioli, rocket and orange
Each student will get to take home printed recipes and dishes cooked on the night. All ingredients and equipment are supplied for this class! Class is subject to a minimum number of 12 attendees.
