Mid Summer Meals (L)

This hands on one night cooking class with Chef Adrian Callinan will show you how to cook fast, healthy, nutritious family meals. Dishes such as; Spicy shrimp and penne pasta with red peppers and scallions, crispy chicken salad, avocado and rocket pizza bread, Tuscan bean and tuna salad and a selection of salad dressings.
Each student will get to take home printed recipes and dishes cooked. All ingredients and equipment are supplied for this class! Class is subject to a minimum number of 12 attendees.
