Join Chef Eoin Ruane in this hands on cooking class. A taste of regional olive oils, Arbequina from Northern Spain and Virgin Picual reserva.
Dishes covered include:
- Pizza dough
- Classic pizza sauce
- Pineapple pulled pork pizza with jalapeños and coriander
- Folded Turkish minced lamb pizza with spinach and amalfi lemons
Each student will get to take home printed recipes and dishes cooked. All ingredients and equipment are supplied for this class! Class is subject to a minimum number of 12 attendees.
